First off, I'd like to congratulate the boys basketball team and coaches on a great season that unfortunately ended too soon.

Now how about those Lady Hawks! They battled hard all season and earned their ticket to state. What a long and honored tradition of girls basketball, marking the 10th time that Owen-Withee will be represented at the girls state tournament. Thank you to Coach Josh Jalling and his coaching staff for all the hard work and dedication that you've put in to prepare the girls for every game. I'm proud of our community for all the support they give to our sports teams. Kudos to the fire department for their awesome escort through the towns. Good luck at state. You always make the community proud.

Have a good week. Until next time.
