Clark County Home and Community Education (HCE) is hosting an Air Fryer-Beyond the Basics Class at the Clark County Cultural Arts Center (CART) in Neillsville on Wednesday, October 21 at 6:00 p.m. It is open to the public and there is no charge. The class will feature new cooking techniques, recipes with a variety of cultural cuisines, and taste testing. To register, contact Joanne Trunkel at 715-267-7264. Registrations end on October 14.
