The Hand’s Foundation invites the community to a Basement Party at St. Hedwigs. Dozens helped with the demo and clean-up during the basement project. Come and see the finished product, including a newly poured basement floor. Doors will be open Saturday, June 6 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Hands Foundation is collecting clothes for homeless veterans. They are particularly looking for gym shorts, tennis shoes, hoodies, sleeping bags, cotton socks and men’s underwear (new only). They would like to thank everyone who has helped with the “Save St. Hedwig” project. The Marriers, JP Concrete, Trophy Trailer and the Hands Foundation have donated many thousands of dollars toward the project.
