SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 28

  • Owen-Withee Farmers Market, 9 a.m.-Noon, Mill Pond Park, Owen, on Highway X. Train rides on the Blackhawk Express 10 a.m.-Noon, weather permitting. VENDORS WANTED! For more information call Linda Barna at 715-229-4320.
  • Autumnfest, 11 a.m.-2 p.m., Owen Millpond Park. Chili Cook-off, apple pie eating contest, music. Sponsored by Owen Downtown Revitalization Committee.

  • Life Recovery Group meeting, 6 p.m., Community Alliance Church, Withee. Biblical Approach to the 12 Steps Program but for more than just those struggling with alcohol, the group is for anyone, no matter what their struggle in life, whether that be alcohol, drug addiction, food, depression, anxiety, grief, or anything else affecting your mental health.
