Despite the rain earlier in the day, the storms cleared in time for the 10th Annual Cows, Plows, and Wine on Saturday, July 13 at Munson Bridge Winery. The FFA Alumni sponsored the event to raise funds for the FFA and the FFA Alumni.
Some of the various activities spread around the tents included over 70 bucket raffles donated by local businesses, a Cash Cow game, a Gun and Rifle raffle, a fun game to win the 50/50 raffle, walk around raffles with limited entries, and a live auction run by Tim Schindler with the help of Travis Engel, Caleb Green, and the FFA officers. They also served a pulled pork dinner with the winery serving beer, soda, and wine. All of this was set to music provided by DJ Drew.
They were also selling t-shirts and promoting the Breakfast at the Orchard being planned for September at Black River Orchard.
