If you are 60 years of age or older or a Native American 55 years or older and have a monthly income that is at or below the criteria below you are eligible to get $25 worth of vouchers to use for fresh Wisconsin grown produce at approved markets and roadside stands.
To get your vouchers, stop in at the ADRC office, complete an eligibility form or call 715-743-7117 and ask for an application to be sent to you in the mail. Once we receive the signed eligibility form, vouchers will be issued to you.
Income Eligibility:
Single: $28,953 yearly or $2,413 monthly
Couple: $39,128 yearly or $3,261 monthly
