Downtown Hastings has a new clothing shop for the ladies; Hey Dolly Boutique is at 103 Sibley St. in the old Raider Nutrition spot. The quaint little shop is set up for limited quantities of adorable styles that can change almost as quickly as the Minnesota weather. This intentional plan is to allow the shop to offer a variety of options often. The boutique is a lifelong dream of the owner Shaunna Dugstad and that dream, with the help of her family, is now a reality. The location is open limited hours, Thursday and Friday 4-7 p.m. and Saturday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
