One workshop, which is part of a brand-new curriculum to University of Wisconsin-Division of Extension, will be offered as a first time ever and will be at the Clark County Courthouse in Neillsville. This interactive workshop aims to provide education and resources to farmers and rural based communities. The outcome of this course is to help the farm families navigate their healthcare/health insurance and to provide resources. These classes will be led by Stephanie Plasters, Farm Management Outreach Specialist, and Crystal Walters, Human Development and Relationship Educator.
The workshop will be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at the Clark County Courthouse Auditorium from 10:00-11:30 and 12:30-2:00. The workshop will be provided at two different times to help participants attend at a timeframe that works for their lives. There will be a light lunch provided for participants attending either session.
This class is a reschedule of the previously planned class that was to be held in Marshfield back in March.
Space is limited so registration is required.
For more information and to register, please contact Clark County Extension at 715-743-5121 or crystal.walters@wisc.edu.
