Kenrick Martin Hoover, age 11 days, of Curtiss, passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at his home.
Services were held on Friday, October 18, 2024 at the Colby Mennonite Church in the Town of Colby. Burial followed at the church cemetery. Norman Hoover served as pallbearer. Nelson Newswanger, Roy Sauder and Martin Zimmerman officiated.
Kenrick was born on October 5, 2024, the son of Timothy and Kathryn (Martin) Hoover. He is further survived by his three siblings: Kayla, Colton and Jarell; paternal grandparents, Norman and Ina Hoover; maternal grandparents, Ammon and Mary Anna Martin; his aunts and uncles: James (Lois) Hoover, Joanna (Nathan) Sauder, John Mark (Norma) Hoover, Dorcas Hoover, Matthew (Mary Jane) Hoover, Julia Hoover, Joshua Hoover, Micah Hoover, Elsie Martin, Anna Mary (Louis) Martin, Vernon (Dorcas) Martin, Erma (Melvin) Zimmerman, Alice (Nathaniel) Hoover, Daniel (Ella Marie) Martin, Ellen Martin, John (Eunice) Martin, William Martin, Ruth (Ervin) Nolt, Barbara Martin and Joanne Martin; cousins, other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his aunt Mary Elizabeth Hoover and his uncle Michael Hoover.
The Maurina-Schilling Funeral Home in Abbotsford is entrusted with the arrangements.
