The old Gilman bowling alley has new owners, and they want ideas on what to put in the space.
Posted at the building at 270 East Main Street is a banner with the name Main Street Rehab LLC and a QR code taking one to a single question survey: What would you like to see in this space?
The question follows an unrelated previous survey by Design WI held in the village, seeking to pool village resources to improve Gilman area opportunities.
Ideas from that survey indicated “Hotel Gilman” and “fast food” as potential improvements to the town, stationed along the Yellow River with nearby Ice Age Trail access to the east.
