Easter Craft Kits available in April
You can make an Easter Egg Basket and wheels depicting the life cycles of Birds, Frogs, and Butterflies. Build your own Easter Bunny and his friends, and don’t forget the bag filled with Easter treats and toys. And if you let the Withee Library take a picture of a completed project, you get a prize from our Toy Chest.
The Great Carrot Caper Escape Room
The Easter Bunny has hidden a treasure in the Withee Public Library and its up to you to find it. He has left behind a series of clever Easter clues that will lead you to his Carrot Key, the only means of opening the treasure and claiming your prize. The Great Carrot Caper Escape Room will run from Monday, April 14 to Saturday, May 3 during our open hours.
Easter Egg Hunt in April
Several Easter eggs have been hidden throughout the Kid’s Room at the Withee Public Library. Filled with everything from candy to little prizes. The Easter Egg Hunt Game will run all April, and be available during our open hours. Have an early Easter Surprise.
Next LEGO Club is Friday, April 4
LEGO Club runs from 3:30-4:45 p.m. Snacks and drinks will be available to all participants. And don’t forget you can also check out a LEGO Kit to take home from our Learning LEGO Express. All you need is a library card.
Be a Bookworm in April Reading Challenge
Even though Library Week is only from April 6-12, we are running a month-long reading challenge for all patrons. Just swing by and pick up one of our special Bookworm Bookmarks, and start chronicling what books you are reading. For each title you complete, you get a different prize. So be a Bookworm in April.
Withee Library hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
