Meet Snap, the CCHS Pet of the Week! Snap came to CCHS with her two brothers Crackle and Pop when they were found in the Chili area. Snap is about 3½ months old and is a spayed female. She is so pretty with a short-haired gray and white coat. While her brothers have already been adopted, Snap was still pretty scared so she spent a few weeks getting TLC in foster care. She is still a little shy, so she will do best in a calm home where she won't be overwhelmed by noise and activity. She does get along well with other kitties as she is staying in Kitty City at the Shelter. If you have just the right spot for a pretty girl like Snap, please apply to adopt her today. You can submit your adoption application for Snap on our website: www.cchs-petshelter.org/applying-to-adopt. We have lots of wonderful pets available for adoption now, especially puppies and kittens, so please check them all out and then stop in to visit!
Save the Date! The 2nd Annual Community, Crafts and Causes event is coming up on Saturday, October 5, from 9:00 a.m-3:00 p.m. at the Clark County Fairgrounds. There will be lots of crafters and local artisans to check out, and donations of non-perishable food items will be collected for local food pantries. Food concessions will be available from American Legion Post 73-Neillsville. Best of all, there will be a huge raffle with amazing prizes, with all ticket sales benefitting CCHS! We're really looking forward to it, and hope you are too!
