The American Red Cross will be holding a blood drive on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at the Clark County Rehabilitation and Living Center, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with the last appointments available at 4:45.

Those donating will receive a $10 E-mail gift card to a merchant of choice PLUS get automatic entry for a chance to win a trip for two and VIP experience to the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series and Xfinity Races at Darlington Raceway Labor Day weekend. Trip includes round-trip airfare for two to South Carolina, up to a three-night hotel stay, entry to the Sport Clips racetrack hospitality tent, plus a $1,000 gift card for expenses.

For this drive, there are a total of 122 appointments available, with the majority of open appointments between 2:00 and 4:00. Fill those openings and help someone in need of blood. Students, 16 years old (with parental consent) and over, are encouraged to start a lifetime of donating blood. Using Rapid Pass will allow donors to complete required reading, health history and registration online before entering the donation area. If you cannot keep an appointment, cancel in advance so the time is available for someone else. Please come and donate to help this drive reach its goal.
