Owen 100 signs are popping up all over Owen.
The red, white and blue yard signs mark locations where a building is 100 years or older.
Friends of the Old School (FOSI) conceived the idea of a Registry of Owen Historic Buildings to honor the 100th anniversary of the city. FOSI created and provided the signs.
Notices were sent out to owners of the oldest city buildings. Signs are available at city hall.
FOSI will present Certificates of Recognition to building owners during the Owen Jr. Fair, September 6, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at the Old School gym.
