The Clark County Sheriff's Office is releasing the following information pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 301.46(2m) which authorizes law enforcement agencies to inform the public of a sex offender’s release when, in the discretion of the agency, the release of information will enhance public safety, awareness and protection. The individuals who appear on this notification have been convicted of a sex offense. Further, their criminal history places them in a classification level, which reflects the potential to re-offend.

This sex offenders have served the sentence imposed on them by the courts. They are NOT wanted by law enforcement at this time. This notification is not intended to increase fear; rather, it is our belief that an informed public is a safer public.

Sex offenders have always lived in our communities; but it was not until the Sex Offender Registration and Community Notification Law was enacted that law enforcement was able to share this information with the community. Citizen abuse of this information to threaten, intimidate, or harass registered sex offenders will not be tolerated.

Vincent J Gomez had previously been convicted of Second Degree Sexual Assault of a Child; Third Degree Sexual Assault. Mr. Gomez targeted victims were minor females known to him. Mr. Gomez is residing at W7124 South Mound Rd., Neillsville.

Vincent J Gomez is a 30 year old white male. He is 5’11” tall and weighs 120 pounds. He has sandy colored hair and blue eyes.

Harold S. Dambruch had previously served his sentence for First Degree Sexual Assault of a child and as of October 1, 2024, he will be residing at 7 South Hewett St. Apt. 3, Neillsville. This information is being provided to make sure the public is aware of the location of Mr. Dambruch’s residence in the community.

Mr. Dambruch served his sentence for first-degree sexual assault of a child, sexual contact with a minor male and minor female.

Harold S. Dambruch is a 58 year old white male. He is 5’8” tall and weighs 156 pounds. He has gray hair and blue eyes.

Mr. Gomez  and Mr. Dambruch will be supervised by agents specializing in intensive supervision. They are to have no unsupervised contact with minors and not to consume any drugs. In addition, Mr. Gomez is to have no contact with the victim. They are to comply with the standard sex offender rules, cooperate with electronic monitoring, and are required face-to-face contact with law enforcement, in addition, to complying with all requirements and life time registrant of the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry.
