The dining room at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church was packed Sept. 16 as members of the Stanley community gathered for the church’s annual Harvest Dinner. The event served 400 meals, with 212 people dining in and another 188 meals taken out. Event organizer Barb Samuelson shared, “The dinner went very well. Our profits will benefit many surrounding organizations. A big thank you to all who attended."

Parishioners of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church served meatballs, corn and mashed potatoes during the church’s annual Harvest Dinner on Sept. 16. Cheese curds were supplied by LaGrander’s Hillside Dairy. Nikki Prahl (from left), Anne Diers, and Tori Flashinski were some of the happy volunteers who helped serve meals and make sure guests were taken care of throughout the evening.
