On December 14, members of the Clark County Law Enforcement Association gathered at Wolf’s True Value in Greenwood and Russell’s in Neillsville to shop with kids and give them a positive experience with the police. There were about 50 kids chosen to participate this year and each had $150 to spend.
After shopping was completed, kids and their families were then invited to lunch in Loyal where they had a chance to visit with Santa and receive gifts.
Officers from the Clark County Sheriff’s Department, the Loyal Police Department, Greenwood Police Department, Colby-Abbotsford Police Department, Owen-Withee Police Department, and DNR Wardens were at Wolf’s. The Neillsville Police Department and State Patrol also participated.
