Clark County Extension will once again be hosting a Fall Pasture Walk on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at Joseph and Emma Nolt’s farm north of Greenwood. Join us for a fun and educational day on the farm where we will have guest speakers and Extension speakers cover topics and promote discussion on how to select for grazing performance in Holsteins, pasture fertility, pasture establishment in every month of the growing season, lanes and fencing systems. Enjoy a free will offering lunch provided by Extension and our sponsors, Eberly Ag, Organic Valley, and Common Sense Genetics. After lunch, take a walk with us through the farms pastures and listen to Joseph’s thoughts on his own pasture practices.
Registration deadline is October 4, 2024 to be guaranteed lunch.
