Halloween Craft Kits
Each Halloween Craft Kits comes with a variety of projects. You can make a series of monsters like a witch, a vampire, a ghost and more. You can build your own Jack-O-Lantern. You can build a vampire bat from a tree cone. You can even build your own beehive. Each kit also comes with a bag filled with goodies and treats. And don’t forget that if you complete one of the projects and let the library take a picture for our “Wall of Fame,” then you get to pick a prize from our toy chest.
Free “Science Bag”
Each science bag comes with a variety of fun and exciting experiments. Just swing by and pick yourself up one while supplies last. Also, enter the “Draw Your Science Story!” contest by picking up an official coloring sheet you can decorate, and then answer the short feedback questions on the back. Return your artwork to the library before October 26, so it can be submitted. If it’s chosen, it will appear on the Wisconsin Science Festival Website.
LEGO Club
The next LEGO Club at the Withee Library will be on Friday, October 3, from 3:30-4:45 p.m. All participants will be provided with drinks and snacks. Also, try checking out one of our LEGO Kits from our Learning LEGO Express program for up to two weeks. All you need is a library card.
Help the Library Decorate a Halloween Tree
Add ghosts, bats, pumpkins & more. Try some of our new Halloween Games in the library, like the Monster Scavenger Hunt. Play a game, win a prize.
