Prevail Bank donated $5,000 to Stepping Stones, a nonprofit organization that provides community education and crisis intervention /support services to victims and survivors of domestic abuse, sexual assault, teen dating violence, stalking, and human trafficking in Taylor County.
The donation was part of Prevail Bank’s Charitable Contributions program. Non-profits that assist low-to-moderate income households, those that stimulate communities financially, provide financial literacy, and/or enhance the standard of living of those less fortunate, in the communities Prevail Bank serves, were encouraged to apply. This Spring, Prevail Bank’s Charitable Contributions Committee approved the disbursement of $67,650 between 20 nonprofits.
