On a cold, snowy, April 3rd, a large addition to Riverside Cemetery of Withee arrived via a crane. A new columbarium has been added containing 96 niches or compartments and was placed just to the west of the old one. John Barna said Hanson Concrete of Owen will do the finishing touches at a later time.
“The old one is filling up and we needed room for more,” Barna stated. “Riverside does have lots available, but they are filling up and a lot more people are doing cremations.”
