Air Frying has a fast-growing following, for good reason; the air fryer is a powerful, efficient cooking tool that utilizes time-tested technology with delicious results.
In this class, Barb Petkovsek and Debby DeWitt will explain the science behind that power and provide you with what you need to know to make the most out of your air fryer.
Information provided will include the science behind air frying, delicious and innovative recipes that demonstrate the versatility of the technique, designing meals made entirely in an air fryer, recipes and a sample taste testing of quick and tasty treats made from an air fryer.
Class will be held on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the CART Center located at 205 E. 4th Street in Neillsville.
