The Owen Junior Fair Kiddie Parade begins at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. Registration begins at 11 a.m. by the pavilion by the road. The parade will be held on the bike trail along the Mill Pond. This year’s theme is the “Wizard of Oz” so dress up your bikes/wheelchairs/wagons. Prizes will be awarded. Following the parade, there will be a Magic Show by Zoomalata in the dance pavilion. The show is family friendly with balloon twisting after the show until 3 p.m.
