Hello! My name is Isabella Ciolkosz, soon to be Isabella Shackleton, and I am so excited to be joining Owen-Withee as the new fourth grade teacher!
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Minnesota State University, Mankato. I am licensed to teach in Wisconsin (K-9) and Minnesota (K-6).
Outside of school, I enjoy camping, spending time on the lake, and making memories with my fiancé, daughter, and dog, Luna. I am looking forward to meeting my students and their families and getting to know the Owen-Withee community!

Keith Kalepp
Physical Education
I am Keith Kalepp. I am originally from Abbotsford, Wisconsin. I completed my college education at the University of Wisconsin-Steven Point. During my time at UWSP, I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Physical Education, minoring in Health Education, and earning a certificate in Adapted Physical Education.
My reasoning for becoming an educator stems from my grandmother, who was a teacher and the teachers I had growing up through the Abbotsford School District. They helped me realize my passion for helping students grow and develop throughout their lives. Educators play a massive role in the lives of the students they come in contact with. Like the educators who helped me grow and develop into the person I am today, I wish to have the same positive impact on students to help them become the best versions of themselves after leaving their K-12 education.
Sunny (Rufsholm) Sala
K-12 General & Vocal Music Teacher
I am originally from Black River Falls and went to Viterbo University for music education. Previously I taught at the Unified School District of Marshfield as Pre-K through 6th grade general elementary music teacher. This will be my 4th year of teaching music and I am excited to get back into the choir room!
In my spare time I enjoy crafting, hiking with my dog Hope, and watching sports with my fiancé (especially the Brewers). Some fun facts about me are that I will be getting married this November and that I enjoy hunting with my family.
I am excited to join the Owen-Withee community and inspire an appreciation for music in our students! Go Blackhawks!
