Inclement weather forced postponement of golfing the previous two weeks but the June 4 outing had 14 enthusiastic golfers show up to play golf under partly cloudy, humid skies with temperatures pushing 80°. Guys and Gals paid the $2 entry fee, team captains were chosen and by drawing cards, four teams were formed. Each team used a scramble format with teams hitting from the tee, choosing the best shot and each hitting from that location. Competition was extremely competitive with the winning team scoring 33 followed closely by other teams shooting 34, 34 and 35. The winning team consisted of Deron Underdahl, John Boss, Rick Raatz and Richard Wachsmuth.  Hole prizes were earned by Kert Boie and LeRoy Wellman shooting shots closest to the pin and Carol Raatz sinking the longest putt. The Fun League is held every Tuesday during the summer. If interested, show up before or by 9:45 for check in.
