On Tuesday, September 24, the Owen-Withee Cross Country team traveled to Cadott. As their Sectionals have been there for the past two years, they are very familiar with the course, having run it four times in the past two years with the inclusion of their regular season races.
With 23 teams, it is one of the largest meets they have attended this year. Colton was able to get himself 2nd place in a sprint-off. He finished with an impressive time of 17:07.5. Other Owen-Withee athletes came to run as well. Steven Negron ran a personal best of 20:42.4. Adelynn Petersen ran a 22:58.1, which made her 23rd overall and the 4th-best freshman on the course.
